More thoughts on the whole armor of God

Paul begins his analogy by saying, "...be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand."
If these are the things I need to do, I must know them from the ground up :)
Feet - Consider a man in full armor whose foundation is peace, like The Prince of Peace;
Sword of the Spirit and Shield of Faith - What we can do to follow courageously, making ourselves available to the protection of God;
Belt of Truth - Learning and living by what is true so that we can be supported by it;
Breastplate of Righteousness - Unyielding protection from God because of our obedience and what is truly in our hearts;
Helmet of Salvation - As a man thinketh, so is he. We must protect our thoughts, trusting in God.
Paul finishes by adding, "Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints."
(Ephesians 6:10-13 and 18)
This because without charity, nothing else matters. All saints, I believe, includes those who are living as well as dead, and those who are and are not yet baptized. And we must continue to the end.
This is VALIANCE.
